This is still a bit of a work in progress but so far it has been working fine for me.
It is a jig to use on a Grizzly Variable Speed Wet Sharpener, but it might work on others of the same style. The shaft to mount this on the Grizzly is slightly under 1/2" (15/32").
The inserts are designed for Wen lathe chisels (1" roughing gouge, 1/2" and 3/8" spindle gouges). With a bit of adjustment, I would expect them to work with other makes.
In addition to the printed parts, you will need 2 M6x30mm long and 2 M6x20mm long Hex Socket Head Cap Screws as well as 1- M6 hex nut and 3 M6 threaded brass inserts.
The inserts might need light sanding and rotating them in the holder for a bit to get the fit right. I printed them in PETG but I don't think it really matters what you use as long as it is slightly flexible. I used some supports mostly for the holes and a slight overhang on the inserts. The photos show the orientation that I printed them.
I'll have tried to include enough picture
