The Lazy Boozin' is a distilling carousel that I developed so I could be extremely lazy while making cuts for distilling. The timer (Auber Instruments JSL-74 ) waits 12 minutes, then cycles for 6 seconds. This spins the carousel to move to the next collection jar.
The purpose is to make cuts without needing to monitor for almost a full hour. The cuts are also uniform since it's on a timer.

Similar models should work just fine. The timing on the Auber timer might need to be adjusted depending on the carousel's speed.
The jar holder is attached to the top with double-stick tape.
The control box contains a fuseable IEC outlet (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0895T9NXF) and a standard US wall outlet to power the carousel or anything else you might want to use with an advanced timer. Use threaded inserts for the top of the box.
