LCD 16/2 stand

I was looking for a holder for the LCD in my Make. I liked how the source files looked. But I my prints are done by a 3rd party, and they don't always do well on anything that might require support. So I tinkered this so that all parts have vertical sides only. A little cyano-glue holds all the pieces together nicely.
