This is part of a project that connects to an ESP32 case. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7007734
If you want the coding portion of the project:

The original was useful, providing the front and a stand. I tweaked it - changed the mounting hole & nut to 3M 20mm. My LCD's needed a little more room for pins.
I added a couple of other bits - an alternative stand (to fit over a 2mm piece of cardboard) and a back cover for the LCD. The back cover fit the LCD pretty well, with a small hole to reach the potentiator, so you can adjust the contrast/brightness.
Finally, on the back cover I added a small 5-mm diameter tube that can be compressed by a zip-tie. This hopefully means that the casing for the AWG 22 cable (4 conductors, stranded tinned copper) will be held snug, reducing the chance of wires being pulled loose from the soldered LCD 1602 pins.
I printed it in PETG, to give the tube some flex when it gets zip-tied.
