Holes for screws are shorter, they are 4 instead of 2 and they have only 50% engagement, so it shouldn't split the print. And the screws do not go through the whole model, just in case the increased diameters will not cause bad prints on the anti back slash side.

Printing from side causes the nut gap bridge to be smaller, and has a bit better chance to bridge it perfectly.

The center hole for the spring is increased to allow smoother spring insertion. The whole assembly is centered which should cause issues with interference if you have small nema motor.
