Leadscrew Coupler Retaining Clip

Had one of my 3 part couplers come apart during a print due to some very slight stiction. So I made a quick coupler which eliminates that fail point. Yes, it's better to clean up the stiction (I relubed the linear rail in question) but this will save a print. Fits the common aluminum & red 3 part couplers (26mm tall, 20mm diameter)
