Leatherman Multi Tool Bit Extension

This is a simple bit extension for Leatherman tools (Tested with Leatherman Surge). This design was tested with MATTE PLA, and works well though I would recommend using a tougher material with good dimensional accuracy. Bits will not fit right off the printer, Use a lighter or heat gun to soften the end of the extension for 2 seconds then place a bit in the extension. This guarantees a good pressure fit.
