The top fits over the larger part.
This can be used to cover the second battery connector on a Lectric Expedition if you do not have a second battery.
it can also be used to interface a second battery that you place on the rear rack ot on the down tube.
The second top has a hole to allow moounting of an XT60 connector. Internally this can be wired to a eBike Hailong Battery Power Discharge Connector 5 Pin that the fits to the bottom.
