Lectric Lock Key

Customizable key for the folding lock that came with my Lectric e-bike. It orginally came with 2 but then I lost one and didn't feel comfortable using the other without some sort of backup. So far I've printed on an Ultimaker 2+ with PET-G, an Ultimaker S3 with PLA and a Form3 with V4 resin. The key printed from SLA pretty much worked as soon as I removed the supports. The keys from filament printed flat on the print bed but will probably be a pretty good test of your printer's bridging and overhang capabilities. Mine only needed some minor cleanup in the warding grooves on the underside of the key facing the build plate. The lands and ridges of the bitting were fine.

It looks like this will also work with folding locks from SIGTUNA and BIGLUFU.

Print Settings

* In PreForm, One-Click Print with the default settings did the job just fine. Reducing the touchpoint size of the supports will make cleanup a little easier.
