I got this Idea from Opossums and his LED Bridge Light https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1639224
I really needed something like his only much smaller and scalable to fit my LED strip.
I made this light for my soldering projects to give me optimal lighting of my circuit boards without shadows and without the light beaming in my face. It sits about 7.5 inches tall and is 15 inches wide of working space.
would also be a great reading or desk light!
What youll need is:
LED strip Like this: https://www.amazon.com/Flexible-Non-waterproof-Christmas-Decoration-Daylight/dp/B00HSF65MC/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1498664687&sr=8-6&keywords=led+strip+lights
and a 2A 12V power supply similar to this one: https://www.amazon.com/Universal-Security-Wireless-raspberry-Breadboard/dp/B0714D22MN/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1537296786&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=12v%2Bpower%2Bsupply%2B5.5%2Bmm&smid=A3IRPWO1RFQQ03&th=1
