I had some aluminum channel meant for holding the stick on LED strips that I wanted to mount in the top of my printer for some extra light. I made up these little clips that slide snugly onto the channel and give you a screw hole for mounting it in the frame on my Anet A8. I guess they might be useful for other situations too. This is the channel I used - https://goo.gl/UbBUjd I cut it (and the plastic cover) to length to fit in the printer, then printed two of these clips, one at each end. I attached it with existing screw holes and M3 screws/nuts. I drilled a small hole at one end of the channel for the wires to come out, which is why one clip is shaped a little different to allow room for the wire. Note that where I have it mounted in the picture will limit the max height you can print. I ended up moving it up to the top of the frame later when I needed to print a taller item. Super fast/easy print.
