LED Heart Wand

This is an update to the Star Wand, that i am working on now. I have finished the designing, and am printing this out now. I will update with any changes I have made once I have it complete, with pictures.

I have made the following changes in this remix:

- Made a new Heart Emblem with the appropriate connector for rod
- Heart now uses 2 5x5 LED matrices
- Heart Modified to use knurled insert nuts
- Modified Wand Handle top to 11mm instead of 10 to better fit the rod added hole for rivit pin.
- Modified Handle to accommodate a 18650 battery, battery Holder switch, and Adafruit Trinket
