LED light mount

02/20/19 13:30 This is a mount bracket for my MP Mini Delta. I designed this to work with a really bright 99 cent only store flash light. (Photo added 21:21) The flashlight itself has 7 LEDs as a torch, 30 LEDs as a work style light. It also has a hook on top and a magnet on the back. I took the case of and printed to two part mounts and made spacers.

Going forward on both prints the 7 LED part is still to small (version 1 didn't met the length for the screw holes. The spacers a messed up so I added them in with "R/right" V2

I used a hot glue gun to join the two. Magnet to hold against metal lid. Need to extend the battery wires and print a 3 aa battery hold to tape to the printer.

Also going forward this LED light has two tract on off switches, torch or work light both on one on etc. Going to see if I can design an on/off switch to mount to one of the sides.

This design worries me in the sense the mini delta sometimes can get close and removing the clearance and being held
