A mounting solution to use a standard ~60cm X 60cm (24"x24") LED panel, commonly used for architectural lighting, as a tripod-mounted photography "softbox".
This bracket design:
1. Fits LED panels that are 595mm X 595mm X 10mm (10mm thickness for perimeter edge)
2. Fits to common consumer-grade tripod "quick connect" mounts (approximately 1.75" square, chamfered-back edges). I thought that using a standard 1/4"-20 threaded tripod nut (with the threads printed into the part) might be too weak to support the whole unit and I didn't want to deal with a threaded insert. So I simply designed the bracket concept to fit the "quick connect" tripod camera base that seems standard on many consumer-grade tripods. Seems to be a much more robust solution. You will have to check the tolerances on your own tripods.
3. Designed to be printed on common small 3D FDM printers with print beds of 220mm x 220mm
4. You will need to print the central "spider" piece, and 4-each of the bridge and c
