LED Rizer for BLED

Hi.This is my own Riser for LED stripes, made for the BLED Controller by DuchDeveloper.I wanted a Riser, that has more robust corners for the Glas Top and a Place were the BLED Controller sits, instead of the back of the Printer.Also i like to put the LEDs in a Aluminium profile with its protection cover. Of course i cant run the LEDs in one go around this Riser so i included a Option to cover the corners, to hide the Cables. There are some points to consider if you want to print this. The Rizer is Designt to hold two aluminum profiles for each side, with a max width of 17mm per profile! Also i uses 12mm LED stripes.As you can see in my Red Riser, the corners wont close correctly. As i struggled alot with warping in this ASA Print, i cant figure out why they don't fit. On my Black Test print in the pictures, it shows how it should look. This was printed in PLA. Also, the Corners, that hold the glas Panel, are 2mm! Most of the risers out there are to slim and break easy. Material: I
