Experimenting with LEDs and 3D printed parts.
Using the many other LED Lights and Light-up Letters on Thingiverse as a starting point.
The white section is 0.4mm thick.
I found scaling the white section to 98% made for a decent fit.
Not gonna share the LED lighting details as was poached out of an old childs toy.
