This is a replacement part for the left ear fork of a Turtle Beach EarForce X11 headset, in case you're still using it 15 years later and yours broke like mine did.
For FDM printing, I recommend printing flat with supports. There isn't really enough volume for infill to matter, and PLA has worked for me.
