Left LCD mount for Ender 3

Just my take on the left side lcd mount for the Ender 3. Not reinventing the wheel.

I have included a simple micro sd holder that can be super glued to the front along with a 4040 cap to cover the right side extrusion end. All of the factory hardware can be reused.

Everything should be able to be printed without supports, but use your own discretion.
