This distance is not the same as any distance for other types of switches, i.e., the same combination of switch and tracks must be used on the other side of the double-track section. The second option allows for a track spacing of 113 mm in the double-track section. This option allows you to combine one or two switches in the junction. This makes it possible to combine different types of switches in more ways and create more interesting station junctions.
