leg or support with adjustable height

EnglishI was looking for a support for a lowboard with a length of around 300mm and I didn't want the thread in sight for visual / aesthetic reasons. Since I couldn't find a suitable model, I created this one and it works great. The height can be easily adjusted from around 210mm to 380mm and still provides the necessary strength. No thread is visible along the entire length as this is internal. GermanIch habe nach einer Stütze für ein Lowboard gesucht mit einer Länge um die 300mm und ich wollte das Gewinde nicht in Sicht haben, aus optisch / ästhetischen Gründen. Da ich kein passendes Modell fand, habe ich dieses Modell erstellt und es funktioniert hervorragend. Die Höhe lässt sich von etwa 210mm bis 380mm problemlos einstellen und bietet dennoch die nötige Festigkeit. Über die ganze Länge ist kein Gewinde zu sehen, da dies innenliegend ist.
