This is a LEGO 9V motor spindle.
There are 2 designs, the v2 has more fine detail and is more correct, but v1 may print better.
This is one of my earlier designs and that was before I realised that holes print smaller than designed, you will need to widen the hole out with a 2mm drill bit.
