this is a scale model of the 2002 LEGO droideka from the Republic Gunship set (7163).
You will need to print one each of the droideka head, droideka head pt 1, droideka base, and droideka midsection pieces; two of the droideka guns pieces (mirror one); and eight of the droideka arms/legs/back pieces.
