Design ConceptThe Lego Technic shell for DC motor is designed to seamlessly integrate basic DC motor functionality with the versatile and customizable Lego Technic system, allowing for enhanced creative play and project opportunities.PurposeThis design allows users to incorporate DC motors into their existing Lego Technic sets. It broadens possibilities for building functional models with moving parts, providing additional functionality and enabling greater experimentation with various projects.Printing RecommendationsUse a robust material like ABS or PETG to ensure durability (tho PLA is good for this purpose too) and a good fit. It's advisable to print with high resolution to capture fine details necessary for a good fit with other Lego components.Assembly InstructionsThe shell is designed to be snap-fitted onto a standard DC motor. Once the shell encloses the motor, connect it with Lego Technic beams and pins in your desired configuration.IMPORTANT DONT cloud slice this model! it makes the model get messed up. Use Creality slicer or Orca to print it!The axle adapter is made for a motor with a small gear already attached from factory in mind, I will add one compatible with a motor that has nothing on it's rod soon.
