Lego Wreath - Split Branch

I really wanted to print the Branch face-down so the visible side would have the nice surface finish from the textured bed. The studs prevent that, so I created this remix.

I split the studs from the branch, then oversized the branch holes. I added a rim to the studs so they can be inserted into the oversized branch holes.

I added some chamfers to try to ease the assembly, but the tolerances are a little tight. Be careful not to break the rings on the branches - they are fairly thin. I used a rubber mallet to gently tap the rings into place and superglued them (probably not really necessary).

I printed these in ASA (so it can be hung on the outside of my door in the sun) with a 0.6mm nozzle.
