This is upgrade from my last model Ain’t no sunshine so if you want detail description check it out. Top of the casing for panel and batteries has a hole in the middle for cable connection to the batteries (it also has small slots or grooves for cables/wires). After the solar panel is placed you put a thin coat 1-1.2mm of Sylgard 184 Silicone Elastomer or epoxy (well there are a lot of products that will provide necessary protection from water and other weather influence but I like Sylgard because I know people are using it to protect solar panels). Led holder and cap for it are a little bit different from my previous model. Holder is still screwed to the bottle but instead of routing cables beneath the cap, now I made a built-in water protected channel for them. Of course, you can still use led holder and cap from my previous designs but I think this one could be better! Once again leds are placed in holes, connected via thin metal sheets and appropriate cables and then made waterproof by pooring Sylgard Silicone Elastomer or other similar product. Some characteristics of Sylgard 184: -Transparent -Service range of -45 to 200°C (-49 to 392°F) -Minimal shrinkage -Repairable
