I jumped on fusion 360 and designed up a letter opener from scratch. There is even a serrated version for carboard boxes! 200mm long overall, resize as you see fit.
Be careful to only use this for stationary, don't use it outside of the home if its illegal in your area, don't attempt to take this to areas where a knife would be illegal.
When printed at 100% infill the weight is balanced at the guard. If printed in TPU it could be a fun stage prop or cosplay accessory.
