Lezyne GPS stem mount

Extensive customization of a Leyzne GPS stem mount (using Sketchup). Revisions include change from o-ring attachment to 3mm zip tie. Also some fine tuning of the pressure plate, addition of some small structural fillets, adjustment to mounting saddle (designed to fit 1mm of rubber between mount and stem).

Update: V2 file tightens some of the vertical tolerance between the bottom bridge and the retention 'ears' to provide a slighter tighter fit.
