Lid Holder Kitchen - single unit

I prefer to use adhesive over drilling holes in my kitchen cabinet, so I remixed https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4790759 to be a single unit to which I can add a good chunk of adhesive that'll hold it in place without falling.

Since I used OpenSCAD for this, the connector ("patch") size is fully customizable.
