A two-piece 3D-printed button guard designed to protect the controls on a lifter/crane pendant remote. Prevents accidental button presses and protects buttons from impacts in industrial environments. Tested in real working conditions. What's included: ClampBand — main bracket that wraps around the controller housing (95 × 87.5 × 30 mm) ButtonWing — shield piece that covers the buttons (55 × 15 × 30 mm) Assembly requires 1× M5 or M6 bolt + nut Recommended print settings: Material: PETG or ASA (for industrial/outdoor use; PLA ok for indoor) Layer height: 0.2 mm Infill: 40–60% (needs to be sturdy) Walls: 3–4 perimeters Supports: not required Estimated filament: ~75 g total Print time: ~4–5 h (both parts) Notes: Designed for a specific pendant controller — measure yours before printing and adjust scale if needed The clamp friction-fits around the housing; the wing attaches with a bolt through the mounting hole Printed and tested in a real industrial environment
