Hi, the plates have different heights. Means 10Kg is the lowest and 25Kg is the highest. The lettering makes the plates even, so your drinks will stay in place and stable. You can print in in 4 different colors, but you will need 5 in general because of the white lettering :) There is also a Black and White version, which is also very pretty and more elegant looking.
