LiftPod - Improved version for locking

This is a remix of the multipurpose stand created by HeyVye.

1. I have improved the arms in order to work with the locking washers. I have modified them so they can be printed vertically, improving the depth of the locking indentation. Definitely recommended for heavier objects.
2. I have shortened the bolt and bar so that they do not stick out while using only one knob.
3. I have added cable holders to the base frame based on the design of TJH5.
4. I have added a holder designed for an external monitor. In my case, it was an Asus ZenScreen

For better locking the locking washer should be printed vertically.
