This light is designed to be adapted for your needs, with each pillar being 200mm in length with tabs and holes in either end to easily align for gluing them together to your desired length. I do recommend gluing the pillars together and glue them to the base and just leave the cap loose if you want to add more in the future, the tabs are not strong enough to be the only thing holding the assembly together! The tabs and holes are made with a pretty tight fit to make sure that everything lines up!
