Light Painting ORB Maker
(Fits Olight Warrior 3)
This light painting orb was designed to create multicolored, long-exposure orbs using an Olight Warrior 3 flashlight. The orb mounts to the front of the flashlight and is secured with a simple elastic band (see photos). When used together with my Olight Warrior 3 Swing Collar (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7260038), the setup allows smooth, controlled swinging to produce consistent circular light trails.
The orb features multiple radial holes that accept plastic rods, allowing for a wide range of color combinations and visual effects.
Uses & Customization
• Glue any length of ¼inch multicolored rods into the orb
• Cover unused holes to create simpler or asymmetric patterns
• For modular setups, glue a nut to the end of a rod and insert it from the inside of the orb—this allows rods to be removed and reconfigured without permanent glue
• Easily experiment with different color counts, spacing, and balance
