I needed a way to mount a solar panel for a string of LED lights. The light poles are these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083QXSD86/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
They are 1" (approx 25mm) diameter and these are the lights:

Will need 2 M4 bolts (x16 & x12) and nuts
