Light Switch Cover (UK) for IKEA TRÅDFRI Control Switch

A cover for UK standard light switches to hold the IKEA TRÅDFRI Control Switch. The Control Switch is held in place by its own magnets, so is still removable. This is particularly useful for a bedroom light if you wish to take the switch to your bedside table at night.

This cover will also fit the control switches for IKEA FYRTUR smart blinds, and should fit the new IKEA "shortcuts" buttons when they become generally available.

After printing, use a thin bead of glue along the inner lip to secure the metal rear plate from the TRÅDFRI Control Switch. If the metal plate is secured with the screw holes aligned vertically, a thin implement can be used to turn the switch behind both on and off without removing the custom face plate when required. I use UHU All-Purpose Adhesive, and leave to dry for six hours before fitting, but superglue should work just as well.
