Lighted Lock Follower v2

This is a remix of the lighted lock plug follower by redcatimaging. It assembles the same as the original follower, but has the following changes:
* The cap (plug) has a ribbed end to make it easier to twist.
* The LED sits much deeper in the follower making it brighter at the tip. (See the photo with 2 followers in it.) This also has the benefit of making a better friction fit.
* The groove the plug slides down now has a place opposite the "on" position that captures the wire bit keeping the plug in.
* The hole the LED fits into in the follower is a bit wider making it easier to fit slightly wonky LEDs into it.
Uses 1 long lead 5mm LED (~25mm leads) + 2 AG5 batteries, as per the original.
