This is a case for a LimeSDR Mini. It has four screws holding it together for strength and there is additional plastic to support the antenna connectors and the USB connector. There's also some extra top/bottom so you can make a so-so foil faraday cage without shorting the board out. So, it's bigger than a case has to be but holds it a bit more securely.
I use 3mm (M3) screws. You almost certainly don't need M3 nuts. M3 is close to #4 screws but I haven't tried them.
I used metal foil to cage the inside for RF. I've included photos. The trick is to do it like rolling out a pie crust. Start in the middle and push to the outside. Trim with scissors so the foil doesn't get to the board supports. I used the USB and both antenna connectors to ground the foils. That might be wrong.
The nut holder areas probably won't print great but they are usable. The actual board fit is very snug.
