Linear Guide Core XY 3D-printer

2018-01-11: I have revived this project by ordering the 2020 profiles and the linear guides for this build. I have also started finishing up some of the 3D-printable parts. As soon as the profiles and guides arrive I will start building, test fitting and iterating the designs.

I will most likely use motors etc. from my Wanhao i3 printer.

2017-04-12: Z-gantry design and bed done. Still contemplating where to put the belt tension-function. Right now have it in the extruder assembly but thinking about moving it to the belt idlers instead.

Build volume as of now is 300x200x190mm.

2017-04-11: Under design. First XY-gantry design soon finished. Awaiting chinese MGN12 linear guide to see if they are "good enough" for this type of machine or if I will need to source them locally.

Only a few parts are as intended for now, most will still change. The ones uploaded will hopefully not be changed.
