If you are having troubles to get Printed Bushings to Fit your Carbon Fiber rods, PTFE tubes make a nice Squishy and Super Smooth friction surface for Bushings.
I have used these on X Y & Z Axis with Success and they don't bind.
It takes a bit of time to fine tune the size settings, so expect to print a few 10mm long bushings trying different settings until you manage to get a bushing you are happy with.
UPDATE 2017-10-09: Added OpenSCAD file with Cutting Tool on by default. I realized that the Option to turn on the Cutting tool does not show in the Customizer Web Tool.
