Linear stages based on flexures without backlash for optical interference experiments
(e.g. Michelson Interferometer)
Range +/+ 2 mm
Thick flexure has 10mm bore for micrometer screw.
Thin flexure can be actuated with 4mm rod.
Base plates work for both stages
You need:
4 x M4 screws to fix translation stage to the base plate
