LinQ like locking

UPDATE 28122020: Added Cargo base kit 860200583. Not tested/printed yet.

UPDATE v3 : More material added to be stronger.
Not compaticle with v2 parts.

Haven't found any working printable locking system to BRB LinQ system so i designed my own. Fits to LinQ Cargo Base Kit (860200583) very well.

I didn't use any support during printing but might improve base part quality in some areas. Use if you like.


Files also contain 3D step assembly if someone would like to modify this. LEFT and RIGHT side parts can be found in STL format..




Items needed :

1 pcs M5x40 Allen bolt
1 pcs M5 locking nut
1 pcs Compression spring ( 1.0x10x20mm)
1 pcs washer

! MOUH Some kind of rubber strap would be nice to have and ensure that lever stays in lock position when go fast..
