Litho Ornament Snap Cap

This is a "snap cap" I designed for Lithophane ornaments. One has a hole for 11mm diameter battery powered led lights available online. The other w/o hole is for use with common "mini" string lights.

*** In order to fit, the following specific measurements must be used for making your lithophane cylinder the correct size.***

Cylinder Outer Diameter (17)
Cylinder Height (6)
Cylinder Thickness (2.5)
Cylinder Ledge Outer (19)

For those of you who are crafty, once you see the design method, you could scale or remix the cap for your size requirements if different litho measurements are preferred.

Basically the cap inner dimension is larger than the litho cylinder, with a lip that tapers slightly smaller to snap and lock onto cylinder lip.

** Due to machine variances and print settings, scaling +/- a small % may be needed for more or less "bite' from the cap
