I had an issue when printing flat lithophanes where the taller the print got the wobblier it would get as the printer moved thus making errors in the picture.
So I made some simple braces that I put on as the print gets to certain heights (20 and 40mm) for lithophanes of 3mm thickness.
I have not tried including these in the gcode with the lithophane, as that was never the design. I simply wait until the picture gets above the brace's height, slow the printer to 10% and carefully slide the brace over an edge, then speed the print back up. Sometimes I do superglue the brace to the raft I print my lithophanes on, but I know not everyone uses rafts, but i dont think the glue is required.
I also recommend leaving the braces on the heated bed to they warm up as well before putting them on the print. Also recommend printing the smallest one first, test fit it on a finished lithophane (if you have one) to see if you need to scale it up a tiny bit. Some physical stretching of the brace may
