Lithophane Creator

This is a cross platform program to create lithophanes of arbitrary size from digital pictures. A sample lithophane object is included. Most recent change is code to filter the image to reduce the probability of failed extrusion. Older changes from previous include fixing a minor bug (one row of vertices was off by a "row") and initial implementation of OpenGL preview (it isn't very good at present).
