Litter Robot 3 Fix for Cycling Errors

This fits inside the back of the globe. The small wings engage with another plastic part to bear the force of the motor pushing against the hard stop at the beginning and end of rotation. The original part in the appears to be under-designed and fails after repeated use. After 2 of them failed I decided to print my own with significantly improved strength. This version adds 2 additional wings as well as fillets to minimize stress concentrations.
