Print in Nylon 910 Alloy Filament. Dry the filament for about 2-3h in the oven (100°C) before printing. After the frame is printed the filament will get flexible again within 2 days.(absorbs water from the air). A good indicator if the print is good is that the material neraly looks clear. When it looks like white the reason are microbubbles due to too much wuter in the filament. This will weaken the strenght of the material! It should loke like in the last picture.
Attention: You have to change the PID setting because the frame is very flexible.
They work for the beginning:
set p_pitch = 32
set i_pitch = 28
set d_pitch = 5
set p_roll = 32
set i_roll = 28
set d_roll = 5
set p_yaw = 30
set i_yaw = 20
set d_yaw = 5
The Tower gehts mountet by just pressing it in. You dont need the screws saving weight. If the tower won't fit at the first time you can heat up every edge after the oter and widen it a bit.
For the battery Mount: 2mm carbon/metal rod with an o-ring(30mm/2
