This is a laser cut enclosure for the popular LM2596 variable DC-DC voltage regulator.
Uses Mortise and Tenon joints and secured in place with standoffs, so no gluing required. Popped a DC male panel-mounted plug in there so I can power it from an old laptop power supply.
