LM2596 rail mount

An attempt to attach a LM2596 Buck converter (45mm x 21mm x 13mm, according to the manufacturer of mine) to geoffdscott's lever wire nut holder rails.

Includes a drill hole like the original nut holders - which a screw should be insulated if it's used - but is intended for the rail mount, so either the input feeds into a lever wire nut.

Tested with PETG & 0.4mm nozzle, most of it should print as a double wall. If you don't truest the friction fit - hot glue, I guess.


Might do a 90 degree version.
