This is a case for LM2596-based USB PowerUnit / charger.
Inside you need put a LM2596 and classic vertical dual USB 2.0 port (E.g.: from old motherboard or use google images and buy like this: 614008235023 ).
Attention! If the input power on LM2596 is high, the plastic may melt.
As an input source for LM2596 i used 19v adapter from old HP laptop.
