Hello friends,
It's almost impossible to find a good amplifier enclosure for DIY'ers here, importing from Aliexpress is very expensive, so I decided to design my own. I know an amplifier in a plastic enclosure sounds not so logical due to RF interference and heating problems but this amplifier is dead silent! As you notice the heatsink I used is very small in order to make the enclosure as small as possible, but it causes overheating so I have used two 40X40X20 cooling fans to keep it cool, it works very well. Fans are 5 Volts, I have used tiny stepdown regulator and adjusted for 4.5volts to run the fans quieter and extend life span, they are really quiet, you have to bring your ears very close to hear them, I have connected stepdown regulator to speaker protection circuit supply rail on the pcb (it's 24V) The regulator mounted on the side of the fan mount barely seen in the picture. The power supply transformer is external.
I have used acrylic art paint and sponge to paint all par
